I just wanted to add my comments to the chorus of voices praising their experiences with Keystone Realty USA. As you know, I was formerly a top producer for one of the large franchises and joined Keystone two years ago. I have found that the opportunity, technology, and support that Keystone provides to its agents are second to none!

Dear Michael,
I joined Keystone Realty USA 2 months ago, I am now the office assistant. I now deal with the agents, and listen to thier concerns and questions. There is no fighting over commissions here, it is a better atmostphere. I am a Real Estate Agent and worked with another company before coming here. It was more of a traditional office. The broker gets as much as 50% of the agent's commission. What a deal!! ( for the broker) The agent's do all of the leg work, but who gets the money. In an arrangement like this, agents do the work as independent contractors, keep most of the commission. Agents are happier here: they literally work for themselves, but have backup advice and help when needed. I would encourage anyone who wants to work for themselves and enjoy all that they have earned to come here.

I wanna personally thank you for all the free tools you have given to all your agents. I do hope that the majority are appreciative. I have worked in a lot of offices before and you give more to the agents than even the national companies. Now I can see why you have so many agents working here. Wanna network is a great concept! I have been in the business for about 7-8 years now. I have worked for all the big companies: Century 21, Prudential, and a handful of others.
I got to tell you the only regret I have is that I did not come over to Keystone sooner!
