Sign into LIBOR/Stratus, under "Member Area" you will see "Resources". Click on "Documents on Demand". You will find "Listing Paperwork" and "Disclosure Forms". Under Listing Paperwork you will find the listing paperwork for Residential, Condos and Rentals.These forms are fillable. Under Disclosure Forms you will find Agency Disclosure, Lead Paint Disclosure, NY State Housing and Anti-Discrimination Disclosure Form and Property Condition Disclosure Form. These forms are also fillable. After you have filled out the required forms print the forms and bring them to the buyer/seller to sign.
